This particular vehicle (2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI) was tuned at sea level in San Diego, CA using the EcuTeK Engine Management Tuning Software. It was never re-tuned for Pikes Peak but went onto compete at Pikes Peak taking 2nd place overall in the Time Attack class. The driver Kevin Jones also took Rookie of the year at Pikes Peak.
