Snail Mail Tuning - Mail Order Tune

This will be mainly for the older non-turbo Subaru's after 1998. This will include the following

Unisia Jecs 1999-2002 Impreza, Legacy, Forester, Baja, Outback
Denso 2005 - Present Impreza, Legacy, Forester, Baja, Outback
Unisia Jecs 1998-2000 Impreza Turbo (Japan and Euro)

Currently I am in development of a lot of these vehicles for standard packages but here is what to expect.

1999-2002 Impreza RS (auto or manual)
- Can be tuned now.
- Stage 1 (S1) - Stock or Catback & Intake or some variation, (87 or 91 oct)
- Stage 2 (S2) - Headers, Catback, Intake, High flow cat or No Cat (91 octane)
- Stage 3 (S3) - Stage 2 + Cams 2000 Grind or similar (91 Oct)
- Stage 4 (S4) - Stage 3 + High Compression 11.5:1 (91 Oct)
- Stage 5 (S5) - Stage 3 + High Compression 12.5:1 (100 Oct)
- P0420 code delete (testing and looking good right now)
- Missfire sensitivity control (still needs a little development work)

2005 - Present Subaru Impreza Non-Turbo
- Can be tuned now.
- Stages to be determined, need vehicles for dyno tuning

2003-2004 - Impreza RS, TS
- Can't be tuned now.
- Development work still needed, but working on alternative solution also.

Notes on JEC ECU's, such as the 1998-2000 Impreza Turbo (JDM and EDM models)
- Basically if it states Unisia Jec or Denso (not Hitachi) on it and was made after 1998, it can probably can be reflashed currently (exception 03/04 RS).
- But of course testing needs to be completed on it. Some other examples of this are the Forester and Legacy models also which can also be tuned.

Pricing expectations
- Pricing is going to be around $300-$350 for new tunes and license
- Pricing for upgrades including previous I-Speed/Crawford reflashes will be around$150-$200

Cores or Mail In
- We will be offering core exchange programs for various ECU's
- A core fee of about $200 will be required for most vehicle (Turbo 1998-2000 models are $500)
- Otherwise mail your ECU and we will reflash it
